Disappointing

The room was big and nice.

No one helped us with out luggage, we had to carry it up the stairs and back down when we checked out. The phones didnt work and the pool was closed.

Nice hotel, shame about the spa

Location, service and standard of room

Used the spa. Water was cold, sauna was not warm. Was a waste of time and I felt quite disappointed

Great suites

I was very lucky to be allocated a suite with a fantastic view of the sea, after the team also allowed me to check in early (so grateful for that!!). Very clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen facilities were also adequate.

It was difficult to use the TV (I could only get Spanish channels). Breakfast started on the late side for me (I often had morning pick ups at 8:30 and breakfast started at 8am).

Clean, close to beach. Spa, kitchenette, helpful and kind

Laid back, happy for use on facilities at own responsibility. Plenty of amenities in room such as kitchen which is nessacary if you dont want to spend 100 just on one small meal in the area! Very kind people and happy to help even after we had checked out and returned a few days later just for help with a taxi! Great service!

Not adults only so can hear children playing early in the morning but not a problem if youre an early bird!
