Very good

Nice option.

Spa area is definitely a plus, very enjoyable. All staff were really kind. Location is great and the view from the room is really nice.

There are not extra activities to do, besides the pool or jacuzzi.

Superb

Good high quality stay

Really awesome location - wonderful beach front and indoor pools. Nice and spacious rooms!

The front desk staff seemed disorganised - also had issues with my bill that they had to rectify. They had to have us switch rooms in middle of our stay so forced us to check-out for 6 hours unlike just making us switch rooms.. Lastly their coffee makers seem "smart" but not the most user friendly and were leaky and not good!

We had a great time and will not ever forget the beautiful view of the blue sea and hospitality of the staff.

Beautiful hotel and stunning grounds. The staff were great. Very friendly, approachable and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The beach and view was my favourite. Absolutely stunning. The location was fantastic and near all of the lovely restaurants and a walking distance from the shopping centres. There were a lot of shops nearby and a bus stop very close to the hotel. They gave us a $50 credit to our room each day which was very lovely of them. The pool area was really nice too and the complimentary hand massage was great!

There wasnt any entertainment so there wasnt much to do in the actual hotel. I noticed there also wasnt any music in around the pool area so there wasnt much of a vibe in that sense. There were certain part of the beachfront and hotel that had some beach chairs where you had to pay quite a bit of money to use them for the day. I feel that if you are a hotel guest you should be able to use any of the chairs personally. The drinks soft drinks were sometimes quite flat. The hanging lights in our room didnt work and we also werent told the number for the front desk upon entry.

Excellent hotel but staff need training

The overall comfort and location of the hotel. The fact it is right on the beach. The view from the room. Very efficient elevator. The sandwich shop is very convenient.

Putting a 4000usd hold on the credit instead of charging the room upfront is awkward if not stupid, if not driven by lack of managerial judgement or training. Some of the helping staff want to do too much so they end up acting like clowns instead of helpful. A nice uniform can never replace a brain.

If it wasnt for the beech and the weather I would have left after day one!

The property was very clean and in the areas where it has been renovated it was lovely!

The building work by the adults pool was not good, there was dust in the adult pool that ruined one of my brackets and the noise was not relaxing. It should have been cleaned daily given the work and the impact. We had access to the club and thought this would be a lovely relaxing space to enjoy evening drink and some nibbles however some people and families use it as an all inclusive restaurant and as a result it can best be described as a a very loud canteen that is not enjoyable and therefore not worth the money. At the same time rules were broken, for example people where take armfuls of drinks out of the door with them several times a day which should be allowed and staff saw this and didnt stop them, yet when my husband entered on the last day with slippers as he hurt his foot, he was immediately tool they are not allowed in here and lectured about the footwear rule!!!!
