Buffet spread and restaurant staff.

Second key for the Room did not work inspite of repeated configuration. Travel desk needed with reasonable rates for Ujjain and city sight seeing.

Nothing except the location

Rooms weren't sound proof and there was too much noise. Also I was shifted to a different room on a different floor in the name of maintenance while my chosen room was given to some wedding party. Bathrooms were old and not clean with water stains everywhere.

The facility was good but had few basic things missing like no facial tissue, no extra toilet rolls and breakfast options were ok but I woldn't say it was comparable to a 5* hotel

Disappointing

The beverage package is worth it

The staff first gave me a differently abled room and when i complained; they changed it to a smoking floor (i didn't realise it as I was in a rush for a meeting). I had an uncomfortable evening.

Great property but it unfortunately didn't leave us wanting to return..

Good first impression. The room size was great and the view was amazing. The property and interior is really well made.

The hotel claims to be a luxury hotel and has so in the name itself, but the hospitality and the follow-through left much to be improved. The staff is courteous and the reception is amazing but we had to continuously ask for things to be brought to room and to the reception. It seems like they are basing the luxury part on the property itself but having stayed in several hotels across the world, the luxury should be reflected first and foremost with the service and hospitality. I hope the hotel management can address this. In addition, the staff while polite, seemed uninterested in helping the guests at the same time.
