Disappointing

Little to nothing Is OK for 1 or 2 days not for long vacation like mine was there for 5 days could not wait for check out.

Room size. Light in the toilet wake you up when sleeping due to glass partition Bed too soft, went down after 10 to 20minutes on it, poor sleep, needing to change position all the time Only one lift working, 2nd lift on and off per day.Waited up to 10 to 15 minutes for lift on my 1st day, ended up using stairs the rest of my stay for 4 days about 3 times every day from 6th floor. Warm food not so warm.not so much option for breakfast No minibar Resturant has limited option with no room delivery. Staff very snappy atimes might be language barrier or others but they could be more welcoming and patient. I can go on. Anyway is good for 1 or 2 days stay

1. Reception Staff has been kind and professional. 2. Room Clean, comfortable room, we liked enough wardrobe space.

3. Pools Too many guests in the pools, poor hygiene standards: dark/ brown line on the water level, handrails greasy. Staff on the phone and the kids were jumping in the pool. If you advertise facilities open until 21:00h, then your staff should not turn off lights and vawe us at 20:50h, so we had to leave pool at 20:50h. Loosened screws on handrails are risk and safety issue just as slippery tiles around pools. 4. Restaurant & dining area Waiting to enter into the dining room for breakfast is unacceptable in the 4* hotel, the dining room is too small for the hotel. The hotel is seriously understaffed, restaurant manager was cleaning tables!?!! Making people to ask for gluten free bread is very rude and discriminative. Food labels should be in a bigger font. 5. Lobby bar Bad overpriced coffee and unfriendly staff. 6. General Elevators were not working properly during our stay. All the doors on service rooms should be CLOSED!!!

Amazing hotel!

The most amazing hotel we stayed in! Wonderful staff, very comfy room. Huge beds, huge bathroom. Spotless clean! The dinner was absolutely amazing! The pools were so relaxing!

Superb

Excellent breakfast, the staff (hotel and spa) is super friendly and helpful. It's located on a wonderful island in the middle of the Danubio River with quick access to downtown via a bus (in front of the hotel) + subway. The island has an open-air 5km rubber running track around it, so if you like to run/jog like me, bring your equipment. A big part of the experience depends on the guests' behavior, so if you're there, be nice to the other people and reasonable when using the facilities (sauna, thermal pool, and whirlpool). Sharing is caring!

Fantastic experience at Ensana over New Year's

Great hotel, located a bit outside the city center on Margaret Island. Connected to the city by bus or taxi. Great, renovated rooms, and an amazing spa (including saunas, a good size swimming pool, and several thermal water pools) on the ground floor are the big advantages of the hotel. It has an own parking lot with discounted rates, and both old and young will have plenty to do. Definitely a place we will consider returning to!

The elevators were both slow and one was only functioning once a day - for a big hotel like Ensana, that needs to be fixed. Also - the breakfast is good but could use a bit more diversity each day. Not major disadvantages, just something to work on for the hotel.

Very nice hotel, wish to come back again

Sauna, pools and thermal pools - well managed and clean. Nice breakfast, good variety of food. Very nice live music with professional duet at the bistro in the evenings. Location is very good in terms of being at the island - calm and nice.

There are 2 elevators for the whole hotel - makes them very busy. Breakfast was very busy due to full occupancy - better managing required in peak times. At the same time, staff was very nice and tried to help. Some of the bistro staff was not always nice.
