Fabulous winter break - great hotel in a beautiful city!

Clean modern and efficient hotel that also felt warm and cosy. Excellent location and friendly and welcoming staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Great value for money and highly recommended.

The location is perfect for us. 4 minutes walking to the shuttle express bus stop. A few steps away from the main shopping street. Close from many attractions, restaurants, cafes, and, of course, Christmas market

The staff is not friendly(not all but most). As working at the hospitality sector and 4-star hotel, they supposedly have standard greeting, and I did not experience it at all during my stays. The only time they greeted me was on the first checked in.

Excellent stay for three days when in Budapest

The reception area was great, we had access to the coffee and tea machine any time of the day. The location is fantastic - everything is close by. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is nice too
