Disappointing

Stayed here years before, definitely not as nice as it used to be.

Bed was good. Thats about it. Breakfast was ok.

The room wasnt prepared. I had to get sheets for the pullout couch. I had to get an ice bucket as well. They were understaffed. I finally met the lady downstairs at 11:30 to get the ice bucket and sheets. One elevator was broken and the other one was super slow on that side, so we had to use the other side elevators. You can tell it was a very nice hotel, but is rundown now.

Beds were comfy, staff was nice, no fruits fir breakfast

The lobby was beautiful as usual, Jasmine was very helpful.

The bathroom was dirty, needs an upgrade, only was provided two towels for 6 people in a room. Needs bigger trash cans. Toilet was nasty.

Superb

You have to be careful on inspection the room first ..the bath tub shower was not working but duable we were ok with it water was coming black stuff it dint 't smell so ok now I'm gone and they're charging me $100 deposit for what I did not make big deal smh ..

The basement parking lot was flooded it was not even raining I had to move the car to pick up my kids

Very poor

I would not stay at this location ever again.

Absolutely nothing.

The limited amount of parking as well as the multiple gunshots that were heard outside. The location of this hotel is not suitable for embassy suites. The hotel is also long overdue for a remodel.

Very horrible experience.

A/c in room didnt work and our room wasnt the only one like that. The sheets were stained and dirty from one of the beds. There were ants in the restroom, the iron is so outdated it was leaking water when I was ironing, board is also very old. The door to rest kept hitting the shower where it was so badly designed.

A/c didnt work that was the worst experience ever.

Good

The amenities offered were good, however the under ground parking made it a bad experience

Everything was fine and the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The location was good as well.

The underground parking was completely horrible. I parked my car at the designated areas and the next morning it was covered by filthy water coming from a leaked roof pipe.

Very disappointed

Hotel was clean

Our vehicle got stolen from the parking garage. The lady In the front did not even attempt to help. She said all I could do was call police. She then insinuated that our vehicle could have been repossessed due to no payment; which of course is NOT the case. At no point did she even attempt to help. We are now 9 hours away from home with no car.
