Satisfactory

The breakfast option was good.but the only bad part was that my booking said free parking at property..but when i reached there I was told that will have to pay 25 usd for parking or else to park on the street . But otherwise I was satisfied with the hotel

Great family getaway

Hotel was clean and a wonderful location. Staff was wonderful and helpful Rooms were very large and easily accommodated out family of 5.

There was no binder in the room with the hotel details - which would have been nice. I had to call the front desk to ask a couple of questions. Staff was always very helpful. No towels in the pool, but we found a few in the men's washroom We arrived around 930 to breakfast and it was incredibly busy (we were warned and should have been there earlier) staff were wonderful andvworking to fill trays as quickly as possible however coffee and food trays were often empty

Good freebies, atrocious arrival.

Free breakfast and drinks were real value

Porte cochere is a nightmare - valet only was exceptionally slow, blocked entire driveway, cars lined up onto the street and blocking the intersection. No staff outside to manage the situation. Really dangerous and inappropriate.

Location was great, room was very spacious room for our family of 4, breakfast was awesome and so much variety, check in staff accommodating and even had a few welcome drinks thrown in.

If I have to say anything it would be we thought the indoor pool may be warmer

Very good

Good stay, value and comfortable.

Welcoming staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fantastic, great variety. Beds very comfy.

No washing powder available for purchase, pool not heated, asked front reception to call a cab for us, they just called a mate who wanted to make some extra cash (his words) didn't know where he was going and wanted us to tell him.... we never been to Buffalo before!! We didn't know places, we just had the address.

Complimentary happy hour and breakfast

Valet parking only. They parked your car for you at $25 but the next day at checknout they handed me the keys and i had to go find my car in a lot across the street. I could have paid $4 at a garage around the corner if I knew I would have to go find my car with all my luggage anyway. Very disappointing!!

Good location , Great staff, Costly for average quality, Moderate Breakfast

Housekeepers very approachable and kind enough to facilitate our requests in a timely manner. Staff were helpful and caring. They were considerateness and compassionate. They mostly assisted us when there was any necessity. Location was great and accessible to attractions and restaurants Suite was specious and clean

Quite pricey for the quality you have received Sofa Bed very old and not suitable for sitting or sleeping Bathroom was with insufficient toiletries ( No soap or sanitizer or lotions or shower cap) Very outworn furniture and and outdated room Valet parking was only choice and quite expensive ( $25 per night)
