Good location and the friendly and welcoming staff. But the hotel could be better.

Noisy and very disturbing to go in out of the hotel due to renovation work at the hotel.

Reviews are fake, avoid at all costs!

Absolutely nothing.

The place is a total scam and the owners have no shame. The place itself looks nothing like the photos online. The reality is the hotel is still being built and the parts that do exist haven't been cleaned since the opening. In order to get to the room you need to walk through half complete, tarp covered corridor. The view from the room includes men working at a construction site. The room itself is shocking. Smells of mould, bed is falling apart, holes in bedding, dirty walls. Bathroom is in a horrific state. I even found mould on the disposable toiletries! The restaurant was disgustingly dirty, the cream chairs covered in marks, the place hasn't been cleaned in ages. After raising all those concerns to the reception they offered us 10% discount which is simply disrespectful for scamming people into paying to stay in the long forgotten dirty hole of a place.

Not at all.Its under construction at the moment.entire first 2 floor including reception is under construction and rooms starts from 3 rd floor.They had only weak wooden stair case to reach with no elevator facilities.Many people were drinking at the reception when we arrived

Not too great. Below Average.

Location is 300m from main market

1. Glass doors to room- Even if they are locked and you push from outside, theyll open. 2. Major Construction at the property. The building is nothing like it looks in pictures. Its unpleasant aesthetically. 3. There is no lift. Your luggage will be carried by staff but to 3rd/4th floor youll have to commute by stairs. 4. No hot water in our case. The motor broke down. Also There was no way to turn off one the lights. Could be only done by staff from outside, Hoping thats a one time case. 5. There is a smell of dampness 6. Small rooms compared to most stays in Sri Lanka
