Upon arriving at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who welcomed us with big smiles. They offered us a refreshing drink while waiting for check-in procedures. Afterward, the staff led us to our apartment and guided us about our accommodation. I was thoroughly impressed with the apartment's stylish interior and modern facilities. Notably, the master bedroom's toilet was equipped with a washlet, the popular Japanese toilet. However, it would have been even better if the other toilet had a washlet. Our stay was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Also, I would like to thank the lady service staff in the restaurant. We felt warm when she remembered, prepared, and brought the hot chocolate for our daughter. We are so sorry that we forgot to note down those staff who gave us excellent service and made our stay enjoyful.

The location. There were not many eateries surrounding the accommodation. The road leading to the shopping center was dusty and always in busy traffic.

Very comfortable business accommodation

Spacious and comfortable. Very obliging staff.

This property is located in the prestigious neighborhood of Westlake, which in my case, meant a longer commute for business, but I acknowledge that this is not necessarily a disadvantage for most travelers

Spacious room , well mannered courtesy staff, amenities in the property If you dont want to stay in the hustle of old quarters than this is the best property to stay considering calm environment and view of the lake

Location- it was 15 mins drive from old quarters, sometimes finding grab or taxi becomes difficult but hotel staff is very helpful for the same

Having lived in Vietnam for 3 years and previously used the hotel for recreational facilities I was happy to stay at Elegant Suites for this reason.

I felt the room was bare and there was no handle on the insect screen. Most days there were insects on the floor and if I left food on the table for any length of time I couldn't eat it due to the insects.

Great location but unfortunately not clean and unfriendly staff.

I have stayed at Elegant Suites numerous time and always had a good experience, however this time the staff (apart from one) was very rude and the room wasnt clean at all.

The room wasnt clean unfortunately. When I checked in the toilet was dirty and there was hair everywhere, the towels werent clean also. The cleaning over my stay wasnt done properly also.
