Perfect location

Would stay here again. Location is perfect & staff very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the superior room, it was good in size and nice modern bathroom with a lovely shower. Bed was comfortable but did dip on one side. We didnt use it but the honesty looked great. Cant comment on the breakfast as we thought 17 was expensive for the menu so went elsewhere.

Can be noisy in mornings but they do provide ear plugs for this.

Very good

The room was amazing and well worth spending a little extra to have a bath in the room! The location was fantastic, everything was on our doorstep.

We were on the ground floor and could hear absolutely everyone coming in through the night, as well as loud noises from outside which heavily disrupted our first night of sleep.

Lovely hotel in ideal location.

Ideal central location. Quirky old building which was nicely decorated & very clean. Friendly staff.

Room on small side. Superior room booked & really couldn't tell difference from standard room booked last year other than it was in the main hotel this time.

One of the best stays Ive had in long time

The service was excellent the room was immaculate, the location was literally 5 minute walk from everything,breakfast was unreal cooked to perfection. The honesty bar gave a space to unwind and relax really cosy.

Amazing

The property is fantastic! We went to Bath for the Christmas markets, we stayed in the older building which meant that the markets were right on our doorstep! The staff were all so lovely, rooms decorated beautifully and with the comfiest bed! We loved the Honesty Bar too!
