The Effotel by Sayaji Vadodara has a good gated parking and clean linen in intelligently packed rooms. The washrooms were functional but the dinner buffet was disappointing. The staff was good, but t (Read More)here was no assistance with luggage. The view of the river from the room window was nice, but noise from rooms near the lifts and restaurant was a problem. The location within the city streets was not liked by some. Overall, the hotel provided a feeling of luxury with decent rooms, cooperative staff, and amazing food. They also offer pickup and drop services to the station and airport.

Excellent location in Vadodara

Excellent location right in the middle of the city. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

Layout of the rooms was bit odd. Quality of breakfast was good but was repetitive.

Good and comfortable stay altogether.

Property is clean and well equipped. Good staff. Good parking space.

Cost was slightly on a higher side. Breakfast buffet was not very good. No valet parking. Rooms are very small.

Very good

The rooms were well designed and equipped. Buffet dinner and breakfast at Kalaghoda restaurant was awesome and value for money. Special mention for Shri Kalpesh at the Kalaghoda restaurant for his agile and alert service with smile.

Front office staff at the time of check in was not at all welcoming. They were having no expressions of smile or courtesy. Very disappointed at the way they were doing paperwork and related things.

Stayed for a Good 11 nights with value for money. Check Out times to be a bit flexible whilst Billing because, of differ

Friendly staff. Good widespread choice for a Buffet Breakfast included in the Room Tariff. Property is in a centrally located area with close proximity to basic requirements.

Room is a bit congested with the shower almost adjoining the Bed. However, can be an OK for Solo travellers. Guests may be cautioned to maintain silence and keep noise levels down with consideration to others.

I liked the cleanliness and certain facilities.

Staff weren't very helpful and the room was a lot smaller than expected. It was advertised as a 4 star but was more like a 3 star at best.

Not worth it.

Service is pathetic. One day we ordered Kadhai paneer and they served Kadhai chicken and the same day at night we ordered tandoori roti and they served tawa roti.
