Superb

Great service and location at reasonable price

Great location and customer service. Andy and Trang booked the Sapa sleeper bus before we landed and we didnt have to pay until checkout time. Trang also booked the Fansipan tickets for us. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which made us feel very special. The hotel is a short walk from Sunplaza which is where the Fansipan trains start

The room was clean but the bed sheets had a couple of stains on them which put us off a bit, wouldve given 10/10 rating if it wasnt for this

upset not getting rooms that come with balcony

room size is good

book 2 rooms with balcony & have pre-notify the hotel 2-3 weeks in advance to have both rooms side-by-side. In the end, we're only allocated a room with balcony & another room without balcony. Because these rooms are on different floors & no other room choices, we reluctantly opt for both rooms on same floor that has no balcony.

Good room but a lot of construction noise in the surrounding.

The room was great. We booked a Junior Suite. The bath tub was classical and royal.

There was construction noise that started from 6 am in the morning. It got worse with constant drilling and hammering. One of the staff lady named as Nuoam was good to help and change our room but the we could still hear a lot of construction noise. Also, when we arrived early in the morning, there was a boy who asked us to pay 700,000 VND for early check-in. We denied and then he asked for 500,000. We still refused. When we came back to hotel after two hours, there was another lady named as Trang. She told us that all the rooms are still occupied and we need to wait. It was a bit surprising how the guy wanted to charge us money and suddenly there was no room available. However, the lady Nuoam helped again here to get us an early check-in.

The staff at Eden Boutique was excellent. Their service from day 1 in ensuring our stay to be delightful and enjoyable. The close proximity to 3 halal foods restaurants is a welcome relieved to us. Will be our choice of stay in Sapa for years to come.

Was perfect for our obe night stay in Sapa. Higly recommend the hot stone massage, especially after one day trekking.

Rooms were exactly as presented in pictures and the stuff was incredible helpful and kind.

Nice Clean modern rooms and very friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely atmosphere. Good location just off the noisy main streets, short walk to dozens of restaurants

Very minor point - the hot water takes a while to come through. Leave the tap running for a few minutes.

Honestly the best service what I have seen. You come here and the hotel staff helps you with all the atraction organaizing, you just need to decide where you wanna go and when. Helps with all atraction tickets, bus, cable car, taxi or anything else (you dont need to worry about anything). Without any fee on top, never seen such a amazing stuff in hotels buesniness.
