Pretending to be a Swiss Mountain Chalet in the city, but very ordinary.
I don't think it's good value for money and the staff at the front desk could be more customer service oriented and friendly. Only the gentleman at the front was helpful.
Two single beds were pushed together to make one 'king' bed. The breakfast was very ordinary for the cost of the room, there is no gym or any kind of fitness facility. Also the lift is small and unreliable.

Lovely hotel
The room was lovely. Extremely clean and comfortable room with great amenities. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
The hotel itself doesnt have many facilities, but we knew this when booking, so it wasnt a problem.

Nice stay in Geneva.
We stayed here in December on a trip visiting Christmas Markets. We liked the location because we could walk from the train station to the hotel and it was walkable to Lake Geneva, restaurants, historic Geneva, and shopping. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. I suggest you make a reservations is you want to eat there for dinner, as it was very popular. Breakfast is also available. We were on the third floor and there was an elevator.
Everything was great.

Very convenient location, within walking distance to the train station. Room and bathroom are very clean and easy to use, and I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, staffs are friendly.
The quality of breakfast, not many choices. A bottle of water in the fridge is very expensive, 6 CHF!

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The lady on reception arranged for us to have connecting rooms. Very quiet location, excellent breakfast. Close to the Lake and station. 15 min walk to the beautiful old town.

Excellent for our one night stay.
Unfortunately we left too early for breakfast. All else was great. Loved the quaint and rustic look and for me the cleanliness was most important.
