Overall the hotel was a great price, nice and clean. I liked that it wasnt in the middle of city.

The jetted bathtub was huge and great for soaking after a day of walking around the city. The service was friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and open. Overall the room was a good price for the space and amenities.

It would have been nice to have more towels (there was no washcloths at all), and toilet paper. There was no microwave, mini fridge or coffee pot which would have been nice. The microwave was shared in the lobby. The bed was quite hard and there was really soft pillows and not as comfy as other hotels. It also was a bit unnerving with the prostitutes outside in the late and early hours, at least they werent pushing for services just standing/ hanging around.

Morning staff was really nice

-Overnight staff was really unhelpful , dealing with a rude neighbor, we called multiple times complaining about the noise and they refused to help. -Electrical sockets were unsafe, try to plug in phone charger and sparks flew out. -Breakfast there isnt to much there , eggs look bad . I just ate fruit and cereal. - Location of hotel is not the best , if you walk at night there is a lot of ladies of the night if you know what I mean.

Enjoy your stay

It was the best of three hotels we stayed in Mexico. The stuff was helpful and we liked the modern design of the room. The location is perfect, there is Walmart and transportation stations next to the hotel. I really recommend the hotel.

Low soundproofing between the rooms, every day we were woken by the alarm clock of the neighbors at 6a.m. But luckily the others were very quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable Shame the noise and the clients and traffic was so horrible

The noise was horrendous.... Did not sleep a wink after an 18 hour flight from New Zealand People were so noisy all around the accom, near my room and downstairs. Traffic noise was horrible- Didn't like this place

Friendly staff, clean though the second time I found hair on the ground and bed. It wasnt mine as I had braids

Rooms not sound proof. The closer to the street the more noisy it is. You hear actually everything. Nevertheless, I like it. I was able to zoom out and sleep without the provided ear plugs for the noise cancelation.
