Perfect central location, close to the center. Clean and calm, no noise at night even with two big windows (room on the last floor).

Bed is not really comfy.

Ideal central location for bars, restaurants and shopping.

Would have liked two pillows. We didn't ask for extra pillow so not sure if they were available or not.

No kettle in room no change of towels to kept switching to radio corridors were dirty On arrival we couldnt leave cases as it cost extra everything cost extra , 3 staff smoking at the entrance when we turned up cost 38 for parking for two nights , lights in room were very confusing

The location is great, the staff are cooperative.

It was shocking to see that bedding was not clean or new. The pillows are very dirty and smelly. I had to change it and get other stuff that were not new either and still had to return some because of ugly smelly pillows and was pushed to wrap towels around the best I could find and put new cases on to sleep. Staff showed me another room and tried to make up with free drinks but when we checked the bew one, bedding was also unclean maybe unchanged, with human hair on it.
