We will stay here next time we are in Bangkok. The hotel staff are excellent and welcoming.

Loved the fact this hotel has a direct access point to the BTS sky rail. It means you can avoid the Bangkok traffic / taxis / tuk tuk hassle and use the excellent, inexpensive public transport to get around. Its also very easy to get to the airport without crossing a road. The pool area is also a nice place to chill out after a morning of sightseeing. Good gym as well.

The prices for basic food and drink seem steep for Bangkok but the happy hours help a lot. Although theres a 20% discount for guests, the bills have 10% service added on. Maybe thats normal in Bangkok. We didnt investigate.

Everything. This is one of the best hotels Ive even been to and for such good value for money! We also celebrated the New Year there and greatly enjoyed it. The view on the fireworks was amazing

handy location, rooms were good size

the pool was packed with people reserving sun beds. despite pool area being open from 6am and busy, the huge bar and restaurant facility there doesnt open until 12-30 so no morning coffee in the sun. this didnt work for our family at all. On New Years Eve this area was closed to guests and the lobby bar closed early which meant we had nowhere to go for a pre dinner cocktail. We felt very disappointed to have paid for a 5 star hotel and not have access to the facility. it feels that the hotel doesnt prioritise the needs of their guests. wont be returning
