Horrible Hotel overall.

NOTHING. MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EVER. I CANT BEGIN TO WRITE THE REASONS WHY BECAUSE THERE ARE TOOOO MANY.

Other than a few staff members who were friendly, I did not like anything else. Food was cold, reception could not find my booking and when they did they gave me the wrong room types and when I complained they said nothing can be done. HOWEVER, another staff member, sorted the issue. Pool was unclean, one of our door locks (card) did not work so we were locked out for 30 minutes, the receptionist should not work in the service industry cos he only has the words "No" or "Not possible" in his vocabulary. It was so bad that I booked for 2 days but left after 1 day. To add to it all, I received an email from the reception stating that I had an unpaid bill, which they had forgotten about. When I clearly asked them many times whether they are sure that all bills are accounted for before checking out. Shows how unprofessional they are. VISITORS PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE.

A place to be generally avoided until there is significant investment in people management/service

The room is large and the balcony looks out onto some beautiful green space.

1. Poorly trained staff - no or thats not possible is the dominant response to almost any request. 2. Complete confusion with bills, billing, receipts and all orders at the restaurant. Young staff are struggling with understanding and communicating multiple issues. 3. reception area is particularly poor in terms of management and communication. 4. Service can be just really poor at times. I also witnessed some unhygienic practices (but I cant speak to this being consistent)

Nothing to like. Worst booking.com stay ever

The photos shown are a scam. Rooms are super compact. And old. Bathroom is dirty. The rooms are stinky. Theres no variety in their buffets. Chicken, fish and other meats are available in the bbq corner only. And they dont continuously prepare them. They start making Only after you point them that bowls are empty. Breakfast is a scam too. They put small amount of sausages and wait for ages to put the 2nd batch. We ended up having the dinner without any meat. Not a worth stay at all

To sum it up Great value for money spent. Best suited for nature lovers.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit and outside view room is very nice and comfortable.
