Not recommended unless management do something about it!

Helpful staff with carrying bags.

1. Food not authentic. 2. Thai dessert (kanom tom) as hard as a rock. 3. What you see in the picture is not what you get. The pool is dry and unclean. There is a signage for in house massage but it doesnt exist. 4. Room very stale especially if you book a deluxe room with 2 levels. The first level is the worst. 5. Management smoking in non smoking shared space. 6. Very far and remote. The road in front of the hotels street has the worst traffic jam.

Disappointing

It was a peaceful trip overall.

I likes the greenery and peaceful atmosphere. It was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The bathrooms really need a makeover, the shower heads was really dirty. I had to wear sandles while using the shower. The water from taps looked brown and was concerning. There was alot of ants in my villa, we could not leave any food around. The breakfast was not that great as well and bugs flying around in the bread bin put me off.

Actually we really like the design of the hotel. The lobby, the garden and the room are very nice.All staff we found upon checking in and at the restaurant are very polite and friendly.

The clean of the hotel is the problem that should be focused urgently. We found the bed sheet with some stain and the bottom of shower curtain was so dirty. Moreover, the outside area to the restaurant need more paying attention as there were many leaves on the pathway and in the pond.

Amazing resort and excellence staffs.

The Staffs are polite and excellence service. Spacious room and very clean. Breakfast tasty. I felt nature at hotel garden and pool. If you want to stay a good place and nice hotel, highly recommend.

The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast very tasty and yummy. I love hotel garden place and pool. Friendly staffs and very helpful to me, great support. Location it is great to go to tourists attraction. Highly recommend to stay.
