Hallway inside the room and bathroom has no light (malfunction lamp). The fronf door has a hole at the below. Pillow cover not really clean.

Resort is good, improve in counter service & costumer services. It can go far again

I used to stay here for three weeks, 20 years ago during its glory time. The advantage of this resort is near the toll plaza, suitable as transit, in front got an uptown. Improve on the marketing, hospitality, counter services & customer service. This resort can pick up its glory time again. Maintain the price, focus on domestic travel group.

The location was close to Ayer Keroh Country Club, where we were going for a round of golf the next day.

The check-out process - it was early at 7.00 am but there was no one to accept the return key & remote controls. Nor was there a note or basket to indicate the drop-off. The guard was also nowhere in sight to accept these items. This scenario could have been avoided if it was mentioned upon check-in.

It is worth it if you stay as family with kids because the hotel is spacious.

The room was spacious. Located near to Ayer Keroh toll and nearby attractions. Dinner at the nearest food market at night, just opposite the main gate.

Toilet facility. The cistern was broken, water waste. And the water tap it too tight. I cannot turn the faucet easily.

I came back after more than 10 years after the last experience was not quite good. But it was ok

We can park next to our room which is very convenient. There were extra mattress. The toilet was slightly cleaner than the previous time we were there. The aircond was working fine. And on the night we were there (Saturday), there was a food truck area right in front of the hotel.

We hope that the toilet can be upgraded and the floor can be scrubbed slightly more to give a fresher look. The rooms needs maintenance..door could not be closed properly and the latch was dangling but it can still be closed. Although the resort is more than 10 years, I really hope it can still have a fresh look.
