Would def stay here again

Staff are amazing. Rooms were clean even though a little dated. Absolutely loved the array of food for breakfast! Location is fantastic!

The exterior is quite dated, needs a refresh. Koi garden was nice but for a 5 star property, the whole garden area couldve been better.

Very good

The location was perfect since it was just across the mall. The breakfast was excellent, with various options on the menu. The staff was so helpful during the check-in. The check out process was also quick.

The bed in the room was old. It was a spring bed, but we couldn't feel the foam on it; therefore, it felt hard when I lay down on it. The parking was limited. However, the reception was quite helpful in parking allocation.

Nice location and lots of restaurants nearby..no need a car to travel every thing is just around the area. SM & other mall is just across the street.

Not great, rundown hotel

The location is good.

Staff was rude and always tried to sell us overpriced stuff. Everything is rundown and looks and feel old. Cracks in the bathroom floors, electrical sockets hanging from the walls etc. Pool area is tiny and doesnt get any sunlight. The hotel is fine, and if the price was half of what it was, it would be worth it. But its definitely overpriced and most certainly not a 5 star hotel

location, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff

cost and charges on online booking differs on the actual charges when you checked in. the actual cost of the rooms should be shown rather than showing a lower rate then add taxes which which amounted almost 40%
