Superb

Business trip with utmost comfort

Excellent overnight stay. Everything was perfect from accommodation to breakfast to staff and facilities. Close to restaurants and our business destination a true blessing. Since this been our 3rd visit to this small incredible hotel on business trips should tell one we love it here.

The boutique is indeed comfortable, safe and in a great location. It just needs a major renovation.

I was just to lazy to wake up for breakfast probably because the restaurant is just to small and compact so not really my thing to sit in too closed restaurants for food where everyone is too close to the other person. Nevertheless, I loved and enjoyed the comfort, quiet, safety, friendly staff, privacy and location.

The mold on the wall skirts and also human hair in my shower room on the first day put me off. The towels had some dirt stain mappings as if they were folded before they were fully dry. One thing about me, I struggle to sleep without the air con on or windows open. The hotel had frequent power cuts from the sockets so the air con would go off in the middle of the night when I could no contact the manager. So I would keep the whole night awake struggling to breathe. On the first day, the fridge and microwave were dirty and there was no drinking water. My room was a self-catering one but there were no some of the essential kitchen items like towels, washing soap. The flat screen needs some upgrade and also add more cable channels.

The staff is so friendly it's like you are at home, they have welcomed us with big smiles. The breakfast is amazing, you can tell it's made with love, really would stay here every time we come through to Pretoria. Thank you for your lovely service, honestly we couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful and met all of our requirements.

Rooms well appointed. Attention to detail and ties in with name and theme. Comfortable. Good location near centre of Pretoria with easy access the main highways in a quite suburb. Inviting swimming to cool off on hot summer days. The facility is well maintained and clean. Good off street parking is available which is also under.

Check in could have been better. Otherwise everything great.
