Terrific cabins in a beautiful location. We watched the sunset over the lake and enjoyed the games room. The rooms were very clean and well organised and the staff was accomodating

I wont return

I understand it might be good to see online. But after my whole trip, 15nights stayed in 6 different hotels and airbnb in Southern Island, NZ, this one has the least service and is the least worth the value.

Not recommended. I booked the individual cabin for 2 night $871NZD, I thought at least it could have someone to clean my room, take the rubbish and provide clean towels for us. Washing machine $5, dryer for another $5. I also booked the hot tub, the staff didnt count the time when we get there (there has another story for why were late for the hot tub, we couldve make it ontime). I feel so much pressure for this suppose-to-be relaxed hot tub.

I would not hesitate to come back again.

The view was excellent, the friendly staff and clear before-arrival instructions made our check-in easier, and the beds supported my back wella reasonably priced room for its size.

Excellent location and everything functions well.

Location is ideal for us and parking is just next to unit, thats great for loading and unloading luggages and bags. Near airport, wish I knew about this place before I book my night before flight hotel.
