Disappointing

Good price, but didnt live up to the hype they advertise

Beautiful location, restaurant on site, different price level rooms, beach access, workers were very kind

-AC didnt work well -Dinner was bad, not as described well on menu and some items not available -Thin walls -Spring mattress - one pillow - second room we stayed in bathroom was pretty gross

Very helpful and friendly staff, food options were good and loved the views. Once I got over the hard access to the property, I felt serene.

Access to the property, the air conditioning wasnt working properly and the pillows really need replacing.

Superb

The sea view is amazing. The Impossibles beach is fantastic. Good breakfast and nice cafe at the property.

There is no isolation between rooms, so if the neighbours dont sleep, you probably wont be sleeping too (although they provide you with the ear plugs in the room).

Very poor and disappointing

Staff were nice Food was ok Views are fairly nice

We got to the property down a long narrow road to be confronted with over 120 concrete stairs, with 80kg of luggage it was a disaster. The 2 porters took the bag they could but my wife and I had to carry the rest in 31 degree heat. We then got to the property which is also is full of steps to get to the rooms and restaurant. Our room was cozy to say the least we couldnt even open our bags to unpack. There is very little area to chill out, no sunbeds etc. We then had dinner which was ok and went to bed to realise the walls were made out of what I can only assume was cardboard. We could hear everything from the rooms both sides. The tide then slowly started coming in with the sound of crashing waves vibrating through the room. I can only describe it as being inside a paper bag at the end of a stormy pier. This hotel is not suitable for anyone under the age of 13 or over the age of 60. The staff also didnt clean the room or make the beds one of the days.

The hotel is good.

The room was beautiful You will like if you want to disconnect from the word. Very peaceful. Nature is amazing beautiful

No hairdryer available in any the room, because of the electricity. The bathroom when we take a shower there is no separation, so the toilet gets wet and everything else. The floor all wet The WiFi doesnt work. Because with the monkeys, never live the door open.

Horrendous.

Absolutely nothing. The climb down to the hotel was horrendous. The facilities were not out of the ordinary, in fact very menial. We did not hot water for two days. We did not have good food for three days. Their menu had nothing good to offer. Items would be sold out even before 9 in the morning, food is unnecessarily expensive. Service at the place is so poor. There would be a minimum wait of at least 45 mins for a meal. Staff seems incompetent. Room cleaning did not even include changing towels and sheets. Staff is lazy and gets on your nerves. Pancakes werent cooked well, might even upset you to start your day this way. Even if you ask for the simplest thing, we asked for peanuts and they couldnt offer us that. Not accommodating at all. Our expensive was just the worst at Dreamsea. Please think more than twice before you even book this place. Not worth your penny too.

Dreamy Dreamsea Bali

When we read reviews we expect something nice. But when we came here it was BREATHTAKING. Some guests in reviews are complaining about the 200 stairs its worth to go up and down because this location is really a dreamy Dreamsea. Rooms are so nicely decorated, perfect size, bed is ok, AC is great, breakfast is delicious, stuff is so kind and helpful. We had zen mode in this hotel and the view took my heart away. And bellyboy help you with luggage, there is no worries about that.

Great views are worth a climb

Booked it for one night primarily for the views. All other amenities were working well, as expected of a hotel from such a location. Appreciated that they had disclaimers and pre-warned us about the stairs.

Didnt quite like breakfast. Tomatoes was rancid. Not enough porters so you had to wait.
