Very good

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Security at the door and valet parking was a plus. Walking distance to the walk of fame, souvenir shops, food places, and nightlife places. We loved the view from our suite. Staff was great. Check in process was seamless even with us having a super late check in.

Prices for guest to valet park $60/day. Thats pretty steep if youre staying multiple days but the pro is that your car is safe and you dont have to look for parking. The shower water pressure could be better but it wasnt awful. It can be nosey the closer you get to the roof but the noise(music) didnt bother us.

The location is moderate, its okay.

Every morning we always get woken up by loud noises. The surrounding area is dirty (other than Hollywood). The beds are too soft it felt like we were drowning.

Roof terrace - Sun in lobby

Front desk trying to charge my colleagues credit card as well as my credit card. On checking in they took my credit card and at same time my colleagues credit card. All room costs went onto my card and 2 weeks later they are still trying to charge my colleagues credit card. They will not drop the credit card charge and customer service keeps putting the phone down on him.

Great location with pool and roof top bar

The roof top bar was closed both nights during to private events - sink in the bathroom was dirty, housekeeping didnt show up

Cool, cozy, and convenient.

Comfortable, cool and convenient. Close to attractions. Pantages Theatre, Universal Studios, restaurants and shopping. Loved the Roof Top restaurant/bar the Highlight Room. Enjoyed drinks and some appetizers when we arrived. Amazing views an added bonus the Hollywood sign is in the background! We loved our stay AGAIN!!

Lovely Staycation for the weekend

Bedside lamp was not working. After reporting and waiting for engineer, nothing was done. Samsung Large LCD had a large bright spot (bad pixels) on it.
