Nice hotel, but not worth the price!

Loved the bathroom, the aesthetic is nice! Cool shower & a coffee spot attached to the hotel. Overall its a pretty place! Located super close to Chelsea market, which we loved. It was nice to have a fridge stocked with alcohol when we got there for celebrating and convenience!

The beds were just mediocre. And for the price of this hotel, the pillows (very flat) and bed were both terrible IMO. Also music was blasting pretty much every single night, we could hear it through the walls of the hotel. so I had to get some ear plugs. We were on the 8th floor for reference. Its giving night club vibes every single night. Not really our thing, so it kind of took away from our experience a little bit.

The location is perfect! The staff is excellent! Its comfortable and so close to the subway!

The shower in the bathroom could be better. I didnt like that the inside curtain kept moving and touching me during the shower. It created less space to shower comfortably.

Absolutely everything! From the location, the interior design, the restaurants, the lobby bar and cafe.

Good location, average room.

Location was ideal, bedroom was average in quality. Bed comfort was average. Lobby and bar area was nice. Staff were very helpful. Lobby and bar area was nicer than the bedrooms!

Lighting in the bedroom was terrible, noise from outside was loud until 2am. Frosted glass wall for bathroom was not ideal as the light shines through in the night when anyone used the loo!

Great stay - was attending an event at Tao-Downtown so it was great to be just steps away.

The shower was AMAZING! The water flow was completely unexpected but LOVED IT! I also like the Karl Largerfeld toiletries. The lighting was great too. The floating toilet is a nice, modern touch. The small deck/terrace was cute. Key card access in the elevator - EXCELLENT for security.

The pillows are too soft. The room is not very spacious, but it's NY so not totally unexpected. The view from the room was a building under construction, but not a big deal.
