Huge property with nice decor and a great breakfast

The staff were never happy to help and always said No instead of Yes which is super disappointing. At least offer a resolution. Multiple times we were refused various requests and as it was over the NY period they mainly blamed lack of staff. Simple requests like asking for a bottle opener to be brought up to our room. Or sparking water and ice. Very rude and dismissive of us. The lady at check in was the only happy staff member we encountered. She was happy and offered us complimentary breakfast for to us celebrating our engagement

Comfortable, Central Hotel with a Good Breakfast and Good Facilities.

The breakfast was superb - choices for everyone and the hours were good for business and pleasure travellers. The location is absolutely central; it's a ten minute walk to the Gamla Stan. The hotel has great facilities, like the comfy bar and we heard about the activities and the spa, but didn't go to the spa because we had other plans. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We could have stayed longer than three nights!

Best hotel ever.

Incredible hotel!! The room was immaculate, the bed and linens were comfortable and very well presented. The bunk bed was perfect for the kids. The hotel facilities and offerings were next level. Free tours, movies in the cinema, yoga and others. The breakfast was the best ever with so much choice and variety. We stayed for my daughters birthday and the staff went above and beyond with a treat on arrival and a cake and candle at breakfast on her birthday. They made her feel so special. Thank you so much.

Breakfast had a nice variety. Good that hotel has storage space for luggage.

Water temperature for shower was lukewarm only. Trundle bed/rollaway/bunk bed is too narrow and small for adult. We booked room to accommodate 3 adults. Housekeeping only replaced towels and emptied trash on the day we requested housekeeping. They did not makeup the beds or clean the tub which still had hair left from previous night.

The breakfast is amazing. And the location is very nice and central. Also, rooms are very comfy

We had to change our room due to the lock now working anymore. And thats fine for us, but we were promised a compensation for this, and we didnt receive anything. Also, the new room was a bit cold

Very friendly staff, especially Maria was very helpful. Perfect location between city centre and old town. We went everywhere on foot. Our kids loved the breakfast!!!The cosy bar at 9th floor incredible !!! Highly recommended.
