The staff were friendly and helpful, with special mention of an exceptional host. The direct access to a grocery store and fast food outlets was a plus. However, one vegetarian guest wished for more dining options. The pool and gym were also mentioned, with the gym being relatively small.

They provide free nuts and water. The room is big enough, the toilet is clean & nice, I love the shower gel smell nice. They gave bottles of free nuts & fruits too. The breakfast was great! Lots of choices and I like it.

Awesome but suggest to add more manpower during check out, I felt pity to the Chinese receptionists who handle 6-7 custo

The room is spacious and comfortable, aircorn very good and I love the bathroom, is awesome! The soundproof is good and we have good sleep

The parking is quite confusing and after validate the parking ticket it is unreadable at the machine twice especially at peak hour

Would be back for the convenience

The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance to KLCC or just a stop away. Loved how there other food options around the hotel as well, biggest plus point there's Watsons like right where the Hotel Lobby is hehe Breakfast spread was good and its not repetitive.
