Location. Far from city and lot of issue in travelling. Uber and Ola drivers accept booking and then negotiate super high price. Hotel do offer their taxi which is even super expensive

wouldn't stay again due to leaving a bad taste from the experience.

Breakfast was delicious!

We requested for spare beds. However were provided mattresses for the floor!! Totally unproffessional!

No way u r spoiling the name of Hilton.

Only rooms and interior

Staff was very rude, unprofessional and no manners. Further staff was not supportive and everyone were showing attitude. Policies are not friendly according to big name like Hilton and just coz of that i didnt enjoyed my stay. "Staying experience was lik hell or Jail", not reccomanding to anyone. Worst facilities and attitude problem in every staff member.

Disappointing

Very disappointing for the amount I paid

Even though staff was willing to help the property and rooms and bathrooms were below average for a brand name hotel. Bathroom leaked outside of the shower area. Sheets did not look crisp white. Food was stale for some dishes and below average. Even though the cook was brought in to ask our preferenceswhat came out of the kitchen was different!

Nice getaway from the hustle of Jaipur city

Great location. Food was very good.

It was very cold in the room and no one told us we could request for a heater. Staff should be more trained on hospitality. They seemed a bit lost and hesitant at times so they might need some upskilling.
