WOW!

One word to describe the check-in, staff, room, service, quality of the food and the overal ambiance WOW! A 5-star rating for this hotel is too low, I would definitely give a 7-star rating if possible. This is one of the best hotel weve ever stayed in. A big thank you to the staff who made our experience so awesome. We also celebrated NYE in the hotel, again staff made us feel so welcomed to provide the guests with the best experience possible. The swimming pool, gym and steam Bad/sauna are such an oasis of calm.

A perfect hotel experience you cant miss

The building is very beautiful. Our room was amazing, with a bathtub and a little private garden view. Cleanliness was impeccable. The spa was very nice and relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic. Port wine and chocolate truffle tasting at the hotel was so much fun. Location in the historical center was great for exploring the city. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. My girlfriend celebrated her birthday during our stay, and got a surprise from the hotel. Overall probably the best hotel experience weve had.

Stylish, comfortable boutique hotel with a first rate staff.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Hotel was quiet.

Takes alot of steps to get to your room; The street the hotel is on is one that many cabs/uber don't know how to get to.

Everything is excellent!

Everything!! The hotel is new and clean. Room and bathroom are spacious. The indoor pool is long enough for a good swim. The gym has 4 machines and all are top quality new machines. The buffet breakfast thats included in my reservation has a lot of variety plus we can even order from the kitchen. Staff are very attentive. They even open the gym for us to use after its closing hour.

Uber cant drop us off in front of the hotel, only taxi can due to traffic regulations, but the staff is more than happy to carry our bags to the next street where Uber can pick us up.
