Very poor

Could of been better

Lovely hotel .. great location

The room had no heating and it was very very cold. There was damp on the ceiling (room 1403) and I think the bedding was also damp. We told the staff at reception who said they would turn it on manually and nothing happened. We slept with our jumpers over our night wear it was that cold.

A lovely de-stress after the Christmas Hurley Burley. Visited the spa there and its nothing Ive ever experienced.

Good location. Beautiful building and decor. The staff are perfect. Professional and excellent customer service. Liverpudlian staff my favourite. Lovely, chilled and friendly. They cant do enough for you.

Booked with expecting to use the pool however children under 16 not allowed and have to pay 25 per

What an amazing stay we have loved it friendly staff very clean and lots of history they even asked regarding allergies which I found fantastic really impressed

There was a mix up regarding the extras I asked for stuff for my partner birthday but they put anniversary not a big issue. Was very nice touches with what was there outstanding hotel and the staff was amazing!!! So not a thing we didn't like

Disappointing

Freezing rooms unhelpful staff.

Large room. Good location

The heating wasnt working - it was noisy and the room was freezing. I had to sleep in a hotel dressing gown to stay a bit warm. The room service didnt bring our drinks we ordered. The room above banged on our ceiling loudly all night. The sink didnt drain. When we complained on checking out they said we can guarantee every room has working heating we even recorded the noise of the heater which was ignored. Substandard hotel. Wouldnt recommend it.
