Lovely hotel. Long way out from New Dehli.

Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice for all diets. Modern and well-maintained. Secure and safe hotel. Long way out from main attractions and airport but quiet and no issue for taxis etc. Arrived and departed in the early hours and the staff were attentive and helpful. Hot cookie was so welcome at 3.00am as was the upgrade to a suite!

We had a lot of luggage as we were travelling for a wedding so we couldn't book the hotel car on our return - plan in advance.

There reception staff Sanjay charged me twice saying my card has been declined..now my money is stuck till 30th December. Our rooms were more expensive than the normal price that day. Rooms and corridor needs updating

Comfort and Luxury Stay with a good price

We had a bad experience in staying some unknown hotel. So we decided to stick to a well-known international chain just paying a little extra. Hilton never disappoints us. The facility was amazing and it was located beside a small shopping square where you can get some amenities, food and drinks too. The room is very spacious and clean. We didn't hear any vehicle and honking noises which was amazing for your sleep. There were quite a lot of options for breakfast as well.

Hotel was good clean good food and good view The manager I guess the incharge I guess Mr abhishek was really helpful other than him no one else was was polite or helpful

The room service is very very slow , not all staff are friendly, the day of my check out the receptionist where not at all helpful was rude and showing attitude and was showing faces as they dint want to help us or work . Everything was fine except the some staffs in the hotel

Good hotel, but price is bit on the higher side compared to other properties of similar price

Extensive breakfast selection and delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel didn't restrict me from bringing in food from outside. Excellent service, with the added convenience of many shops located close by in Banni Square.

The property is relatively smaller and feels more like a 3-star establishment than a 4-star one, making its price somewhat high. Additionally, it's located on the outskirts of Gurgaon, which means it can take 20 to 30 minutes to reach the main business areas in the city, particularly during peak traffic times

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful property run by an amazing staff

A wonderful property with an amazing staff. Clean spacious rooms, tasty food, prompt room service, good location, etc. makes this an ideal hotel for a staycation or stay. The rooftop bar, the outdoor seating area downstairs and a big lobby makes this a spacious hotel. The staff are the real stars of Double Tree Hilton. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.
