Good! But not value for money

location was good, food was fine and staff was very good.

Some basic things were not provided in the room like iron, scale and toothbrush set for two people, they don't repeat bathroom items in enough amount, according to the price it's not satisfactory.

There was no extra activities for the the teenagers like a pool table and entertainment for them. The bigger for breakfast could have catered a little more for the westerners

The check in was smooth. The staff accommodated my request for late check out at 3. The breakfast was amazing.

We tried the dinner buffet but were not impressed by the options in starters. Also the food was not hot and was only made available on request. Considering a premium amount of 3000 for two people, the variety and taste could have been better.

Good enough

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Some even went above and beyond to help us find solutions - these were Pia and Deepanshu. Breakfast included a very nice varied spread and very friendly staff.

The air conditioning wasnt cold and somehow food smells were coming through the vents or somewhere else. Pipes were clogged in the basin and shower such that water took time to go down. It would have been nice to have currency exchange services.
