Not good this time so might go elsewhere next time.

Didn't have breakfast

I have stayed in this hotel a few times it was all good that's why I kept coming. I am disappointed this time as I had to complain a few times about heating not working then had to get a heater brought to room. We had to put our coats over us to keep warm . Didn't get much sleep due to people above playing music and singing at 2 am in morning.

Very good

Rooms were nice and big, and lovely and clean.

Pool changing facilities were poor (non existent) the floor extremely wet, made our visit quite difficult as my daughter has a disability.

We were Woking out of sleep 2 nights in a row due to fire alarm. The hotel didnt offered any assistance or apologies.

Just the location

No fridge in the room , cleaning of room was very low standard. Front desk staff where not helpful

Won't be back

Had a dreadful stay, blood in the bed. Booked dinner and when we went there was no booking staff where speaking to us like it was our fault. Sons dinner and sides didn't appear. Waited 55mins. Waited 5 hours for maintenance as nothing was working in the room. Then at breakfast a rude member of the public mocking my child topped it of!!

Disappointing

Scotland is nice but wouldnt go back to the Hilton

The room was clean

The fire alarm went off two nights in a row, the first night at 4am and the second night at 3am everyone was evacuated on both nights, considering we had a child it really wasnt a good start to our holiday. We were then told its because someone was smoking in there room.

Very good

The room was very comfortable, nice shower. Very pleasant place to stay.

The only thing I could complain about is the food that you can order to the room. The quality of it wasn't great, pricey tho.

Ideal

Location was a sort walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were comfy, lovely staff and excellent breakfast

We went as a family and brought our swimwear, a pre warning about having to book the swimming pool would have been nice. Kids were a bit disappointed in not getting a swim.
