Very good

I would like to thank all of the staffs and espcially Harpreet, Nikoliy, Angileca and Laurence for warm welcoming. Also. the housekeeping team are very kind and they clean the room very deep. The location is excellent and the suiet is wide. I wish will visit the hotel bery soon.

The rooms value are expensive.

Ruined by the receiption team . And despite my follow ups nothing has happened

The reception who put mixed up things and deleted my name and I could not add the stay to my stays although I was the one who made the reservation, made the payment, and stayed in the hotel. However they put the reservation on one of of my kids and claimed that it did not belong to me although the reservation was on my name

It was horrendous

Didnt like Nothing at all.The room was totally different than displayed on website .The carpets were smelly with old furnitures.We even upgraded and to our horror the balcony was so small n there were 2 rooms locked .Why the rooms are were locked n given out on lease ?And with all this we didnt get a refund at all from the hotel .We had to check out the very next day as my 3 kids start having their allergy reactions already .Imagine the stress going through all this n loosing your money .Never ever return to this said hotel especially when u are travelling with a family .

One of the best location in JBR easy access to the beach and the walk, Large swimming pool Room space very large which is a credit

Booked a sea view room which turned to be partial sea-view, not like what shown on pictures of the website,there was no sign on the beach side for hotel access which was really annoying

- Outstanding staff in the entire hotel, very friendly, supportive & attentive in all areas (e.g. reception, luggage team, breakfast team, towel team, security, lifeguards, pool restaurant team, lady in store) - Tasty breakfast - Very clean everywhere - Nice outdoor area from pool over sunbeds to beach area w/ shadow opportunities throughout the day which is very good with small kids - Good location in JBR at the beach, between the Beach Mall and Blue Waters, close to the Marina

- Too high prices at the pool area which make purchasing any food or drinks not enjoyable which is a pity but (e.g. big bottle of sparkling water ca. 11, can of coke >6)
