They had no option2 after being fully booked for New Years Eve. They take over an hour to check in guests.

the tag line "canal view" was too much of an oversell. the breakfast was not upto the Hilton brand expectations. deluxe rooms had balcony door blocked. room space on the tighter side.

Good but could have been better.

Breakfast was great, room was very clean and comfortable to have a good night rest. Location was convenient to travel around the main city and to airport. Bellboy was also really helpful in carrying our luggages.

Took us more than 2 hours to check in due to a system error and we had to wait at the lobby after a long flight, staff could have done more by at least offering us some drinks or temporary room but instead we have to consistently ask for updates until something was done to resolve the issue.

I liked the service at restaurant (breakfast team - Asim, Tabish) and at the reception Joyner.

location was very good - close to Al Jadaf metro station from where you can travel to many directions without hassles.

I liked the stay overall.

Breakfast offer good variety - Asim Ghosh, Tabish were very helpful. Joyner at Reception is extremely cooperative. Mr. Israil Gul as concierge was very helpful and guides guests with courtesy and correct informaiton.
