We had overall a wonderful stay!

The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The food and service at their restaurant and on site Starbucks were very good. And the pool and hot tub were perfect after a day out shopping.

The public having access to many parts of the hotel without too much security.

Right from driving up to the location, the building looked beautiful with the Christmas lights. The welcome was pleasant and of course the cookie added a nice touch after a long drive! The room was great; clean and spacious.

Nice Stay!!!!

Pulling up to the facility, it was beautifully light up.The lights looks so inviting.The staff was extremely friendly, check in was fast, and the lobby is filled with places to grab a bite or a coffee.

We were surprised that no water was provided in the room for drinking.At least 2 smaller bottles would have been nice.Usually they are in the rooms, just for the initial welcome.The ice machine on our floor was not working, which was disappointing considering there is only one per floor.Lastly, both beds fitted sheets did not fit.They were coming off the mattresses while sleeping.
