Very good

Good position near Sentral, on main street, so easy to find, and reception with no problem.

I couldnt close window in the room, so you hear the noises from street, but after while you can get used to, and at night it was surprisingly quite outside.

Great hotel.

1. The price is extremely affordable. 2. Within walking distance to LRT, MRT, monorail and KTM stations inside KL Sentral. 3. Friendly staff 4. Very modern design 5. I booked a normal single person room but I got a better room at the same rate without extra charges. Thumbs up for the free upgrade. 6. Rooms are clean enough.

1. Slow WiFi. That's all. 2. Room views from the windows just "meh?!". 3. A single lift is available. So, waiting for a lift is slow when the traffic is a bit high.

It was wonderful time to spent with.

There was no disturbance. But 10% fees charged for booking.com which not good. Because it would be doubtful. The hotel staff charging extra fees. It should be included when the person make booking.

Atleast one or two time ask to the guest about any thing if he need. And assist them accordingly.

Very good

It was no hair dryer room but we asked and they let us use it.

There's 50 deposit requirement each room. Paid with card, return only with cash. A little bit far from the station, the route was very complicated and hard to get there.
