Location. Staff. Breakfast(quite good for a 4 stars)

- Room(no bathrobes, only one pair of sleepers for 4 people) - The room has an infiltration "big spot" on the ceiling . - The bathroom fan didn't work(the explanation was that it has natural vacuum) - Parking: is not their business(as the guy from the reception said), however, if you come by car, you are simply forced to "buy it as a package". Is not a parking, is more like a "free field", in which the cars are aligned by the "parking boss will". (Who doesn't speak English. At all). If you come with a cheaper or rented car, is fine, let's say....) Otherwise, you don't want your car to have several "door dents" because of a very small distance between cars, imposed by the "parking boss". I managed to have a decent distance on one side(~50cm), but on the other side I did not, so I have "gained" 2 bumps/dents on my doors. The parking cost was 50 Euro per 3 days. I would have paid gladly for a decently organized parking.

Quick trip in Instanbul

It was so close to a tram station and all the major tourist attractions in the Old City. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast and facilities were good. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others for short or long stays in Istanbul.

Great stay in the old city

The room was clean and comfortable. They cleaned the room while we were having breakfast! One of the staff collected my daughter's shoe which she lost in the elevator and took it to our room. The location was perfect, very close to many important places in the old city area. Our kids can come back to the hotel room every now and then to take a rest. Great value for those who want to stay in the old city.

The wind of the hair dryer was too weak. Nothing else.
