Location is everything. Walkable to the beachfront & nice shortcut road to Boat Avenue area. I would say this place is a good base when you visit Phuket.

Very poor

Nice beach, but would never stay here again.

Bangtao beach is great. And the Belgium restaurant was weirdly delicious.

The hotel is just not well run. The room was dirty and not well set up. None of the windows sealed or locked which meant it was loud, full of ants and felt unsafe. The kitchen was not actually equipped despite it being advertised as such. The staff are nice, but many do not seem to have any experience.

would recommend and stay again for location s as nd comfort as well as great staff

the staff were great very friendly and helpful, the free shuttle service to the beach and boat avenue was really good.

the only thing I didnt like was the fact the pool was in the shade they werent many sunbeds and they were not that comfortable with no mattress cushions on.
