I wish to bring to your attention that my family and I experienced a significant disturbance during our stay due to a noisy exterior AC unit in our room (number 333). Despite not turning on the ACs, the loud noise kept us awake throughout the night. Additionally, the door roller was not functioning correctly, causing a lot of noise every time we tried to use the balcony. The noise level was so high that it repeatedly woke up our 6-month-old baby, causing further inconvenience. I would appreciate any assistance or solutions you may offer to prevent this from happening to other guests in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

the location of the property is good. we could not go to the barge restaurant as it was closed.

rooms are nice and spacious. breakfast spread poor even for asian standards and service non existent

beds were horrible. you get up in the morning with a body ache.

Situated on the river Quay.

Perfect location to see the River Quay the death Museum. Theres a lovely elephant sanctuary, 45 minute drive away, the taxis are very cheap. If you get them privately not through the hotel.

The breakfast wasnt too our liking. There was a lot of choice however Im I dont like curry for breakfast. There was a muesli salad, the bread, nice, chicken sausages and hashbrowns.

Large resort in a lovely location but staying in the off season didnt deliver what we expected.

Room was large and pleasant connecting to family in the next room; breakfast was adequate; peaceful location; lovely pool area; very friendly staff

I think our stay was during the off season so only two restaurants were open and there seemed less staff available. The breakfast restaurant was open but only served breakfast and the Rice Barge for dinner. Some food wasnt available for dinner. The gym equipment was very dated and half of the equipment wasnt functional. No pool bar service was available. The only way to get a drink was to go inside to the reception. Im guessing this was due to small numbers of guests and less staff. Cleanliness was questionable.

Nice buildings and location however the maintenance budget has been neglected and cleaning duties also

The pool was the selling point but was out of order, the pool had been out of order for sometime When I asked recourse, I was asked to cancel my booking, which seemed like a threat. Not impressed
