Awesome location next to open market like street with many food, clothing and souvenir stalls. Rooftop swimming pool was a real treat!

Good hotel. We where unlucky with our AC.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is near the Khao san road.

The airconditioning in out room made a sound like a plane was about to take off. Because of that, we turned it off during the night. So our room got pretty hot and we did not sleep well because of that. The mattress was pretty hard.

Very nice hotel, the check in was pain this time though

I came back to this hotel the 2nd time, so much did I like my experience the previous time. I absolutely love the location, with vibrant market just outside the windows, in close proximity to many cafes, shops, and massage salons. The architecture is very nice. The hotel looks neat and clean. The room was spacious, with a big bed, nice shower, a kettle with a selection of teas and coffees. They also have a very nice roof terrace with a swimming pool.

Prior to my visit I notified the hotel that I would arrive very early - I was arriving to Bangkok with an overnight train, so I was at the hotel at 7 am. Back when I was booking, I was told by a hotel that the earlier check in is subject to room availability, which is totally normal. However when I arrived the receptionist acted like I never notified them about anything, rebuked me for caming so early (as if I had a choice!), and adamantly said that the check in is at 2 pm. She then told me I can go and sleep next to the pool at the roof terrace, but when I was going to head there she said that actually I can only do it from 8 am, cos it is closed now. At that I said that I actually notified the hotel about my early arrival and I cannot believe there is no room availabiluty until 2 pm and if she maybe could have a look at it. The receptionist said that the room might be available from noon (!) and that for these extra 2 hours I would have to pay the price of a half day (!!). Of course, I refused such an alluring proposition: I would have been happy to pay half a day price (though before arriving to Bangkok I have been to 4 other hotels in other towns and none of them charged me extra for early check in - but it is okay, it is Bangkok after all) - I would be happy to pay half a day price had I been checked in at 7 am when I arrived, But waiting until noon (for 5 hours!) and then to check in just 2 hours before the official check in time for a half-day price seemed totally unfair. In the end, after 3 hours wait, when I was about to go into the city, the receptionist suddenly sorted it all and checked me in at 10 am, without any extra charge. It was very nice that the situation was resolved happily for me, but my day was still ruined, because I anyway had to go into the city around that time - so I did not sleep at all. So the overall check in experience was very disappointing.

Nice hotel in a great location

I liked the rooftop pool and terrace. The room was spacious enough. Great location, plenty of shops, markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. It's near Khao San Road but far enough away that it's not too noisy. Helpful, friendly staff.

Very minor things: the air conditioning in our room was a bit loud, and the bed was a little bit too firm.

Great staff, great location. Comfy clean rooms.

Excellent location. Close to Khaosan road without being noisy. Right across the road to 7-11 my favourite shop in Thailand. Staff are so nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and accomodating. Rooms were neat and comfy.

Pool water could be cleaner but everything else was Perfect. Rooftop was nice to relax.
