Things has to improve

Location is top, everything handy, bar, restaurants, supermarket, The waitress and chef on the ground floor restaurant were very nice, the cooked special oat meal for my baby as he sever food allergies,

We took one of the 2 bedrooms suits, the master bed had an horrible dog smell, I informed the housekeeper that I wanted to be move to another suit and they refuse, the manager spoke to me and they just change the sheets but after few hours the smells came back as it was impregnated on the mattress, and as in the beginning they refused to move me I stayed unhappy on that one and in order to sleep with my baby on the smelly bed I had to put the duvet from the other room on top of my bed. I really felt like I was asking for a big favor by them changing the sheets and I didnt like it. I paid a big amount of money for my family Comfy and I expect the best services, however they called me Sever times to check if everything was ok and I told them yes but I honestly I wasnt happy. Also the food at the buffet is terrible, egg taste horrible, bacon gummy, oat terrible, we ended up eating bread and butter

Perfect stay at JBR for a family

The location was great! Beach and the walk JBR was accessible. Staff was very helpful, from reception staff to house keeping everyone was very accommodating. We got a free room upgrade to 2 bed room apartment. It was spacious with every possible facility, and views were great. Cofeetree lounge had good coffee, too

The mattress of our master bedroom was probably old and it was sunken in the middle

Great location, the beach is only 7 minutes away

The hotel location is excellent. From the reception team, Taha was super friendly; he did the day shift. For the evening shift, there was a Russian lady who was rude and unprofessional. The room shower is super old and needs an upgrade.

The pool wasn't accessible, but it wasn't a big deal for me as I went to the beach. They need to upgrade their shower. Training on customer service is to be given to the reception evening team.
