The Dear Hotel Madrid is highly praised for its central location, with easy access to attractions and the metro station. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with pleasant views from (Read More)the higher floors. The rooftop breakfast restaurant offers a great city view and quality food. The reception and breakfast staff are attentive and friendly, although some guests had negative encounters with security staff. Overall, it is a highly recommended hotel with excellent amenities and helpful staff.

Perfect location

Location, it's right on Plaza d'Espana with metro stop in front of the hotel entrance

The bedroom is too dark: lights should be adjustable from soft to brigth. The TV position is bad: you can see it with a pole in the middle. Dark Shower and slippery. Lack of hair conditioner. We did not ask for upgrade, just enquired for it's price, but the hotel charged us anyway for the upgrade saying they had no smaller triple rooms. This was not fair at all!

Very stylish BTQ hotel with perfect location.

Very clean, cozy and modern rooms, perfect location at the Gran Via und super friendly reception staff (Esther, Jose, etc)!

There was absolutely no music at the rooftop bar. Celebrating NYE withouth any kind of music background was very strange.

Dear Hotel, Madrid in December 2023

I liked the location which was right next to the subway station Plaza Espana. The room was clean and with a good view of the Plaza Espana and Gran Via.

The breakfast was basic. The same things were served everyday. Not much variety.
