It felt very homey and cozy. The decor is nice and the neighborhood too.

Walking distance to major landmarks is quite long, but there is a bus station nearby and GrabCar works well too. The beds are quite hard.

Local neighborhood and feeling, cute house in alley behind tiny charming streets. Plants, balcony. Upretentious vibe.

Not in the old quarter. Not a minus just a notice for those who are looking for it.

cozy home stay & super nice host

clean, comfortable home stay in a quiet residential alley. well decorated with beautiful photography. looks exactly like the pictures. the host is super friendly and helpful. we booked 2 nights ended up coming back after Halong bay for another couple of nights.

it is about 15 mins walk to the old town, but we didnt mind. its a nice walk past the temple of literature and lakes.

It's a really quiet area. Really close to the Literature Temple thus a bit far from the Old Quarter but it's an easy walk. The communication with the owner was good and he let us leave the luggage for some hours after checking out.

It's a shared bathroom, which is something that is not clear at all in the description of the room. Check out time is quite early (11 am), but is something compensated with the fact you can leave the luggage

We loved the overall feel of the place. The rooms are well lit and well arranged with photographs, I guess which belonged to the owner, The rooms are comfortable! Unfortunately the washroom did not have any toiletries. It was a shared washroom between two rooms. The host is warm and was kind enough to accept our courier which he paid for since we got there after. The location however does not have enough eateries around and it's at the end of a narrow road which makes it hard for the cabs to come all the way in.

Cute place to stay

Location was nice, very quiet. I was glad I was staying outside of the busy old centre of Hanoi. It was a very cute place to stay. Room was big, had everything I needed. Owner is a very warm and friendly person :)

Communication for checking in was not 100%. Door was closed shut and had to wait a while outside before people noticed I was there.
