Not bad, bed is comfy, but breakfast need to be improved. Cleanliness & taste need to be improved.

In the middle of everything

The bathroom only has 1 toilet tissue, easily finish. They should provide 1 extra spare rather than we have to call everytime.

Strategic, lovely and helpful staff, good food

They upgraded our room with dinner for free. The hotel was located strategically at Braga, near to train station and the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious which was lovely.

Big room, great location in the heart of Bandung, friendly staff, comfortable big beds, most of the room was clean :)

It was not 100% clean, there was some dust and hair under the sink in the bathroom. We didnt care that much but its an easy thing to improve :)

Location

Electrical points (power sockets) in the room mostly loose fitting cannot plug the laptop/phone charger properly. Only 1 that works near the window, the rest are useless. Even the socket for coffee maker need to be held by hand. Otherwise, it would not work. Room is considered clean although there are still dusts at some edges by the window and on the floor. Linen is old, there are stains but it is clean.

At the center of jl. Braga give us easy walking access to Braga street the real old bandung area.

The swimming pool could use shade so we can enjoy it while the sun is up without getting sunburnt. Parking space should be better

Good place to stay for a stay in Bandung

Location is perfect. Close to the centre and on the Braga. Rooms and beds are OK. Good breakfast.

The hallway was not clean. Must be vacuumed.

Very good

Nice and comfortable stay.

The location is superb. It is at the heart of the city which allow short travel time to some of Bandung culinary places. The price is affordable with such good location. The breakfast menu variation is good. Many choices from Indonesian to American breakfast.

The water pressure at the room for shower and urinate is very low. Would appreciate if the hotel take care of this important stuff.
