Nothing ! This was the worst New Years Eve Experience Ever

My Room Was Infested with ants I complained the night prior No one to assist I woke up the next morning to cook breakfast and the kitchen was infested with Ants I reported the problem to hotel staff Shaun the manager on duty to be exact he was very rude unconcerned and said Ill comp your $15 parking and unfortunately we have no one to send to assist you because of the holiday this was absolutely unacceptable I called corporate while in the hotel they werent able to help as well for whatever reason simply offered me points and said the hotel needed to handle the matter I will never stay at this property again $451 dollars seriously for one night and a room full of ANTS ~ Do Better !

the breakfast was very good. but most importantly staybridge went out of their way to accomodate my request. my request was to try and have adjoining rooms with my son and his family. they said they were not sure til the morning of, but they would try. they fulfilled the request, it was so awesome to have the whole family together for our stay. thank you so much staybridge.

Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. More food options than I expected.

Only thing I didn't like was that parking wasn't included with the Room purchase. Had to pay extra for parking.

great stay, exactly what I expect for a hotel of this caliber.

Staff was great, informative and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained and stocked throughout the breakfast service.

My room had some moving floor tiles in the bathroom, so I was fearful I was going to cut my foot on the floor. There was also some duct tape on the floor from a carpet to tile transition which I though was kind of unprofessional. The moveable ottoman in the rooms had some broken wheels which made them very difficult to move about the room.

Didnt like that we were told at 1;30pm our booking wasnt showing up and at 3pm it suddenly did. I also was charged an additional $711 on top of my $561 original booking price. Very unhappy with how Scott at front desk handled it. And now i have to jump through hoops to get my money refunded for the extra charge yall gave me

The value was not there.

The lobby was clean. Didnt use other common areas.

The room had ants and other insects like small spiders. For the price it was way too expensive to stay again. Would pay extra to stay downtown Long Beach next time. The rooms main door was hard to open, the shower was loud, overall wouldnt stay here again.
