Great location and property great staff

Bathrooms not maintained, spout leaking and bathtub did not have hot water. General cleanliness of bathroom should be improved.

Very good

Property is excellent . But was unhappy with reception staff . They took so much time to allot us our rooms .. Way beyond the official check in time. Especially Mr Deepak he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would give special credit to Mr Imran and Ms Bharti who finally managed to get us our rooms and made us comfortable. Mr Deepak on couple of other occasions was rude and unfriendly. Staff and management still needs some finishing touches for a property like this and charges for wht they are charging.

Reciption people not helpfull at the time for bill I have to wait for 1/2 hrs they don't know about my payment done but when I checked in i showed them details of payment then also were check in mail for the same .i booked gala dinner they didnot make arrangements for table we have to wait for 20 mts to get table. Exclusive room was not good. Person came to repair main door as well as bathroom door. Is this the hospitality of marriot. I am sorry to choose your hotel. I won't recemend un my friends circle to visit. No v much disappointed.

Not a resort but an event hotel. Lot of noise.

The view.

They conduct many outdoor events, lots of noise disturbances. Labours flock around pool area, making families uncomfortable to use pool facilities with no privacy. Karaoke groups sing openly with worst singing disturbing the resort peace. They should do something about events, as resorts are meant to be quite getaways.

Superb

The staff and the location of the property have my heart.

The staff, they are the sweetest. It was my daughters birthday and they did everything to make this stay a memorable one. Arranged a cake for us to end our stay and leave the property with r sweet memories. The whole staff at the property are good but our personal favourites are Mr. Wasim at the check-in counter , Mr. Manoj the restaurant Manager and Mr. Sidhant at the restaurant. Thank you guys! It was perfect!

The pool isnt temperature controlled.

location is good, also the property is also nice

food portions at restaurant, were pathetic. also room cleaning though instructed to the front office was not done, later after calling they did it. non adequate towels in bathroom, especially hand towels were never there, skin moisturisers was also not availble, poor quality tap fittings cut my finger inshort not like the Marriots that I have visited would not recommend whole heartedly

it was a hectic trip all together with no hospitality from courtyard Marriott

we just liked the view from the property rest everything is overrated

1. zero hospitality 2. Rooms were not clean. 3. AC was not working for 2 hours in the afternoon. 4. There was a leakage in the washbasin as well. 5. Front Desk ( reception ) employees dont know how to greet the customer, People at the front desk are hilarious as these people are very shrud and rude to talk with. 6. overall no value for money. 7. food specially the starters were served after one and a half hour after placing the order. 8. No basic beverages tonic available. 9. Special thanks to Mr.Deepraj who assisted us till the time of check out with all the aspects. 10. we also faced an accounting problem of Rs 2,000/- which the hotel management was putting the blame on us and after a few minutes they found out that there was an internal problem. 11. No value for money instead people can try Brightland which is a very bear by resort.

Loved the location and inhouse gaming and other activities

The staff was not attentive. I had to give several reminders for the birthday occasion of my husband and then they said they will send complimentary champagne to compensate for the reminders , which unfortunately was never sent
