Pleasant stay

The location is perfect, close to the city center, all the main sights and to many restaurants and bars. There is a tram and metro station nearby, as well as a supermarket. The rooms are very clean and well equipped and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is decent, but nothing special.

The interior design is a bit basic. Some rooms like ours which are close to the breakfast area can get a bit noisy in the morning.

A place in the heart of the city centre but not great for the value

It was a great location but the staff are nice

The room was very basic and their prices were very expensive compared to the basic rooms they had. Check out time is 10 am, a lady will knock your door at 9.55 to remind you the check out time. Thats not very decent. Beds are not comfortable with a very small pillow.

Good for business travel if you need to stay all day out at meetings and you go back to rest.

Location and cleanliness was good. It allows access to many of the institutions and offices in the center of town. The room was very clean and the bathroom was in excellent shape, although somewhat smallish.

The room had no proper heating and there was a small air heater that I needed to use. Also, there were no curtains on the window and in order to get some privacy I had to close the blinds, which made the room too dark. Additionally, reception is only open for a few hours wich makes checking-in difficult.

Good, but with lots of upgrade potential

The location is great, the staff are friendly and ready to help, the breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable.

Pictures are exaggerated and dont represent what you get. Walls are thin and you hear a lot of noise. The blinds for the windows dont block the outside lights well. Normally is the check-out at 11:00am, here it is at 10:00am and you have to pay extra 25 EUR to be able to check-out later.

Everything was ok. A little cosy clean hotel in the center of Vienna. I especially satisfied of receptionist Daria. She was very helpful and polite during 4 days of my staying in your hotel.
