Memorable. To be repeated.

The hotel facilities and location are excellent. Having a 24hour restaurant is very convenient. But the number one attribute is the staff. Mr Ahmed Elbanna went out of his way to solve my reservation extension problem with absolute professionalism yet with kindness and consideration, when the mistake was all mine. At the initial check in Mr Peter was excellent. I also commend Omar and Haider for taking good care of us as guests. I would stay here again and again.
