Better than what I expected. Would definitely repeat. Perfect for few days of getaway from the city

Service was excellent. The staff is extremely courteous. The management team Mr. Shantaram and Suraj seek feedback and ensure the guest gets whatever they are looking for.

A delightful memory of Kasauli, to be remembered, treasured and revisited. The hotel staff are its real strength. Breakf

Old world charm, beautifully maintained, personalized attention, warm and efficient staff in all hotel areas, great meals especially breakfast. Shanta Ram, operations manager followed our needs closely, appearing magically as we used hotel facilities from check in to dining. Suraj and Neha at front desk were very courteous and friendly and offered useful suggestions for exploring the region. Abhinay and Gaurav offered great suggestions for dining and unique drinks with a local twist. Kudos to the entire team and management.

Dining options are a trifle overpriced.

Anyone travelling to Kasauli.. DALESIDE MANOR it is!!

Loved the hotel for its cleanliness, food, huge rooms beautiful view. Its a small hotel but totally worth the price the spa and kids room was a bonus.
